-Prepare a healthy menu for the week, and shop for groceries ahead. Online shopping may help with this.
-Consider trying out one new healthy recipe per week, or more often if possible, and plan to have meals together as a family.
-Schedule at least 30 minutes per day, where everyone in the family can exercise, and stay active. With the weather getting better, play outside with kids, bike or simply-take a walk.
-Try to fill up your groceries list with healthy foods. Schedule specific time for snacks, lunch and dinner.
-Drink lots of water!
